• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing status updates

• Work closely with our development team and sales team to coordinate project scope, timelines, and resources

• Track and report on project progress using our project management tools, including Asana and Harvest

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions and escalating as needed

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all new client projects are properly scoped and quoted and that all project changes are communicated and approved

• Assist with onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process

• Foster positive client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Proven experience as a project manager in a digital agency environment

• Strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce, with experience managing website build projects

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, and Slack

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Relevant qualifications in the field

• A general understanding of eCommerce: Web design, UX/UI, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Social Media, PPC, Email Marketing and SEO

• An inclination for keeping up with trends and carrying out thorough research
