We're looking for a Javascript wizard to join our development team. If you love building cool websites and you care about the quality of your code then you might be a good fit!

• Develop and maintain new websites or features for all our projects

• Write clean, healthy and reusable code

• Research and find solutions to customers' requirements

• Perform testing for all the code you're writing, making sure we deliver best quality and functionality

• Actively participate in all our processes: catch-ups, estimations, brainstorms, code-reviews

• Upskill yourself everyday either by learning new things or by embracing what your colleagues know already

• Communicate with the rest of the team for new or ongoing tasks

• Work together to finish projects successfully and achieve team goals

• Extended knowledge of the whole Shopify platform. Architecture, themes, apps, APIs and so on.

• HTML5, CSS3 and Sass

• JavaScript. Be ready to write highly flexible, re-usable and complex Web Components using modern Vanilla JS.

• Shopify Liquid Templating Language. This should not be new to you as you will create custom Shopify Sections based on bespoke designs.

• ReactJS. We can integrate React within Shopify stores but we also use it for Custom/Private Apps. NodeJS experience would be a plus.

• Our go-to React framework to build web apps (ecommerce or not) is NextJS

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Comfortable with UI/UX principles & specifications and implementing bespoke eCommerce designs.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• High coding standards: ability to write clean and re-usable code

• Knowledge of GIT

• Understanding of web page speed: what drives it, how to improve it and how to develop with that in mind

• Have a good understanding of on-page technical SEO.

• Knowledge of project management/comms tools like Asana and Slack or willing to learn them
